Outside, a private plunge pool measuring approximately 4.5 feet deep is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, creating a secluded oasis for relaxation. The semi-covered patio offers the perfect setting for outdoor dining, quiet mornings, or unwinding after a day at the beach. Inside, warm, inviting interiors are enhanced with vibrant Caribbean-inspired décor, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the home. Although conveniently located near the main road, the villa is thoughtfully positioned to provide a peaceful and comfortable retreat.

Security, Safety & Smart Features

For added peace of mind, Kai is equipped with a range of premium security and smart-home features, including monitored alarm systems, exterior security cameras, smart entry locks, an intercom connecting both villas, security bars on all ground-floor windows, a JBL Bluetooth speaker, a large in-room safe in the master bedroom, and strategically placed panic buttons throughout the property.

Beach & Swimming Details

The shoreline in front of the villa naturally changes with seasonal weather conditions. However, the reef-protected waters remain calm throughout the year, providing excellent opportunities for snorkeling and exploring Barbados’ vibrant marine life. Guests who prefer swimming or wading over a sandy seabed can enjoy a short walk along the beach in either direction, where clear, shallow waters and sandy entry points offer the perfect spot for a relaxing swim.

Rates

Security Deposit – US$ 2,500

Rental Rates are nightly and are subject to 10% Shared Economy Levy + 2.5% Service Fee.

A 15% service charge will be added to all requested concierge services.
