Every bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom, with three located on the upper level and one conveniently situated on the ground floor for guests seeking easy accessibility.

Pool Details

Kaiso: Heated swimming pool with depths ranging from 3 to 6 feet, plus a heated Jacuzzi with a depth of 3 feet.

Kai: Private plunge pool with an approximate depth of 4.5 feet.

8 pairs of reef shoes, 6 snorkels, 5 pool noodles, 2 boogie boards, 6 goggles, 12 scuba masks and 1 ball.

Security, Safety & Smart Features

Both villas are equipped with comprehensive security and smart-home features, including monitored alarm systems, exterior surveillance cameras, smart front door entry locks, and an intercom system connecting the two residences.

Ground-floor windows are fitted with security bars for added peace of mind. Each villa also features a JBL Bluetooth speaker, a large in-room safe in the master suite, and strategically placed panic buttons throughout the property.

Beach & Swimming Details

The shoreline in front of the villa naturally changes with seasonal weather conditions. However, the reef-protected waters remain calm throughout the year, providing excellent opportunities for snorkeling and exploring Barbados’ vibrant marine life. Guests who prefer swimming or wading over a sandy seabed can enjoy a short walk along the beach in either direction, where clear, shallow waters and sandy entry points offer the perfect spot for a relaxing swim.
