The villa features four spacious bedrooms, each with its own beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom. Three bedrooms are located on the upper level, while the fourth is conveniently situated on the ground floor, making it an excellent option for guests seeking easy accessibility. Designed to maximize natural light and ocean views, the open-plan living and dining areas extend seamlessly onto the beachfront terrace, where guests can enjoy the perfect balance of sunshine and shaded relaxation.

Outdoor living is at the heart of the Kaiso experience. The private swimming pool and heated Jacuzzi overlook the turquoise waters of the Caribbean, while the covered gazebo comfortably accommodates up to sixteen guests for alfresco dining, celebrations, or simply enjoying the cooling sea breeze. Just steps away, the golden sandy beach invites guests to swim, snorkel, or unwind by the water’s edge.

Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the dedicated exercise studio, equipped with free weights up to 15 pounds, a workout bench, yoga mats, and yoga blocks. The space also serves as a convenient pool house with direct bathroom access, allowing guests to move easily between the beach, pool, and villa.

Pool Details

The swimming pool ranges from 3 to 6 feet in depth, while the heated Jacuzzi is 3 feet deep. For added enjoyment, the villa provides an excellent selection of recreational equipment, including reef shoes, snorkels, scuba masks, goggles, pool noodles, boogie boards, and beach games.

Security Details

Kaiso also offers a range of premium security and smart-home features, including monitored alarm systems, exterior security cameras, smart entry locks, an intercom connecting both villas on the estate, security bars on all ground-floor windows, a large in-room safe in the master suite, strategically placed panic buttons, and a JBL Bluetooth speaker for entertainment.

Beach & Swimming Details

Please note that the shoreline naturally changes with seasonal conditions. However, the reef-protected waters directly in front of the villa remain ideal for snorkeling throughout the year. Guests who prefer sandy-bottom swimming can enjoy calm, crystal-clear waters just a short stroll along the beach in either direction.

Staff

2 housekeepers + laundress (+ caretaker)

Chef for 2 consecutive meals 6 days/week throughout the year (Summer, Winter and Peak)

Rental Rates are nightly and are subject to 10% Shared Economy Levy + 2.5% Service Fee.

A 15% service charge will be added to all requested concierge services.
